At Epilax, we believe that every client deserves exceptional results and the utmost comfort when using our products. Working closely with master technologists with years of experience and training, as well as epilation specialists, our experts continuously refine our product range to meet even the most demanding needs.
Our production adheres to the highest quality control standards, including ISO 22716:2015 and 2007 (GMP), and all our products are tested in European laboratories.
Payment
We accept payments via the secure PayPal platform.
You can pay using:
• Credit card (Visa / MasterCard)
• SEPA bank transfer / bank account
• or your PayPal account
1. Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. An invoice is automatically generated once the order is confirmed.
3. Payment is made online via PayPal using your preferred method.
4. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note: Full payment is required before the order is shipped.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse via DHL or UPS.
Orders are prepared for shipment no later than the second business day after order confirmation or goods arrival at the warehouse.
The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days, but delays caused by the shipping providers are possible.
Shipping costs are indicated in the invoice as an estimate, if paid by the customer. We cover part of the actual shipping expenses.
A flat-rate shipping fee is listed in the invoice and remains unchanged regardless of the actual cost.
Free shipping applies to orders from €300 (full price incl. VAT).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
