All orders are shipped from our warehouse via DHL or UPS.

Orders are prepared for shipment no later than the second business day after order confirmation or goods arrival at the warehouse.

The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days, but delays caused by the shipping providers are possible.

Shipping costs are indicated in the invoice as an estimate, if paid by the customer. We cover part of the actual shipping expenses.

A flat-rate shipping fee is listed in the invoice and remains unchanged regardless of the actual cost.

Free shipping applies to orders from €300 (full price incl. VAT).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
